Homecoming/Halloween CMA Info!
Here's some new Carroll Medical Academy information:
VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY:
CMA is going to be selling tattoos and sound makers at the Homecoming Football Game on Friday, October 9th. We need volunteers to take 45-minute shifts!
The shifts are:
5:45-6:30
6:30-7:15
7:15-8:00
8:00-8:45
8:45-9:30
(we need 2 volunteers per shift)
The sign up sheet is on the wall outside Mrs. Martin's room!
The HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANZA is going to take place on Saturday, October 24th.
It will be from 7-11 pm in the SAC.
There will be food, music, games, and prizes!
Bringing a guest who's not in CMA will cost $5.
You will be receiving flyers and waivers in your classes next week.
Hope you can make it! And don't forget to wear your best Halloween costumes! :)

May 15th is quickly approaching...
Hey Everyone!
Just a reminder that banquet reply cards and cruise registration are due on May 15th! That's this Friday! We have to have a minimum of 10 cabins to get the group rate so please sign up! It's going to be a lot of fun. As for the banquet, we cannot start doing seating charts and name tags, etc until we know who's coming so please send in your r.s.v.p. We heard from the booster club that not very many people have turned theirs in so hurry!
The following day, the 16th is the CMA picnic. Sign ups for items will go out this week. We hope to see you there! If you are coming, please reply to the event on Facebook so we know how much food we are going to need.

So... I thought we'd start a blog!
Hey everyone! I figured that starting a blog would be a good idea so that if you can't come to the meetings or if you're not an officer and just want to know what's going on, you can check anytime. Here's what we talked about at the last meeting:
- There will be a picnic Saturday May 16th at Bicentennial Park to celebrate the end of AP exams and just have fun. It will start at 1:00 and we will discuss what people can bring.
- Elections for officers will take place the week of the banquet (around May 26th). All current juniors are eligible for elections. See Mrs. Martin if you're interested.
- If you have any pictures of CMA events or just of people in CMA, please join the group on facebook and submit your pictures. The group is called CMA Banquet Slideshow Pictures!!
